ABOUT OUR CONDOS/COTTAGES…

The condos/cottages…are rented out weekly throughout the summer—Saturday to Saturday.  We make your beds up before you arrive.  Please bring your own towels, toiletries, etc.  These are “Housekeeping Units”.  You’re on your own-no maid service while you are here.  (You are welcome to borrow a vacuum, etc. any time.)

Your condo/cottage will be ready for you by 4:00 PM.  We cannot commit to an earlier check-in, however, if you come earlier, you’re welcome to enjoy the beach or pool while you wait.

CONDO/COTTAGE CHECK-IN…………4:00pm
CONDO/COTTAGE CHECK-OUT……..10:00am

We ask that you check out and have your keys turned in to the office by 10:00AM on your last day…but, again, you’re welcome to linger on the beach after you’ve moved out of your cottage.  (Saturday check-outs on time are critical to us…we have 19 units to scrub down and have ready by 4:00pm!  That doesn’t leave us much time!)

CONDO/COTTAGE DEPOSIT POLICY:  a $200 deposit is required to reserve the unit.  Balance of rent is due AT check-IN, please.  No refunds on Advance Summer Reservations, unless notified 60 days prior to date of occupancy, in writing.  Note:  A credit card hold, or monetary deposit will be required at check-in as security for damage or loss on cottage rentals.

Our condos/cottages are rented out on a daily basis on our off-season.  There is a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on holidays.  Cancellation policy on these are 72 hours on daily and weekends, and 7 days on Holidays.

Towels are supplied on daily rentals.  (Please bring your own beach and pool towels.)

OVERLOOKING THE LAKE

The 6 Condos on the lake have 2 full baths, full kitchens and are 3 bedrooms.
They are maximum occupancy of 6.

They each have their own picnic table at your patio. Enjoy the gorgeous lake views and the most beautiful sunsets right outside your window.

PARKSIDE

This duplex features 2 of our largest cottages.  These are the "most like home.”  Each has a cozy fireplace, large kitchen/living area, and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds-a total of 4 beds in each cottage!  Plus #29 has a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. These units are great for large families, too…there’s an adjoining door between the two!  #29 sleeps 10 and # 30 sleeps 8.

One of the most beautiful roadside parks, Jenks Park, is right in your backyard.  You and your children can enjoy walking or rollerblading through this park.


POOLSIDE

We have 3 cottages near the pool.  Our only freestanding cottage is a 2-bedroom.  With its knotty pine interior and lace curtains, it makes you feel at home, as if in a rustic, but cozy, cabin in the woods.  It features a double bed in one of the bedrooms and a set of bunk beds in the other.  Sleeps 4.  (#45)

The duplex nearest the pool shares 1-bedroom cottage and a 2 bedroom cottage.  The one bedroom cottage (#46) has 1 double bed and has A/C. This unit sleeps 2. The other cottage (#47) has a double bed in one bedroom and a set of bunks with a full on the bottom and a twin on top in the other bedroom. This unit sleeps 5.
